    Morning,

so we have air force 40i that has been working great until a few nights a go.... we are getting the air pressure light flashing saying that we have to much air then it goes to to little air like it cant make up its mind. the air compressor is working as it should nothing has changed. been having a hard time finding much info on this unit.

    any thoughts?

    thanks!

What air filter/dryer do you use and when was it last inspected?

My main trade is HVAC, so I can't tell you how many times a customer's problem gets traced to poor air flow from a clogged filter.

Got ya... the flow from the compress to the end of the hose is still good... ill need to pull the cover to see if there is a internal filter that maybe block i guess... ill go a head and replaced all the other filters to make sure its good to go... but my fear is it is something with the board

There is an internal filter that could be your issue.

i pulled just pulled the cover and seams like there is no blockage there, i can blow through it no problem the clear window had no water or anything on there... should we just replace it or there looks to be a two wire sensor just past the filter any specs on that maybe i can ohm it out or??

If there is no blockage it likely is either the pressure switch or pressure transducer. I don't have test values for either of those items, I would recommend taking the machine to an authorized service center.
