how to replace the burner on hypertherm max 70?

I have max 70 for which there is no longer available burning material burner pac 130, I want to buy a newer burner for which there is a consumable material, but this new burner has one air hose and one red wire, while on this old two air hoses go, and There is no red wire if it can be connected anyway?

I solved the problem by putting a new torch, it was not very complicated.

Mating up a plasma torch to a power supply is a lot more complicated than switching out a MIG gun. It isn't just the connections. Plasma torch designs vary and the power supply is tuned or optimized to work optimally with that. At least that's the way I understand it.

That's it. And now it's late because I bought a new torch I want to install. Thank you

Again, why aren't you contacting Hypertherm service? I suspect you bought the wrong cheap torch, and you are stuck with it.

I bought this model and the difference is only in the air supply if somebody knows how to bridge them to stay HF.

Your best bet would be to contact HyperTherm directly on this, They have an excellent service department.
