  • Need help figuring out what I was given

Does anyone know what this is? It is marked Victor on both sides and says “for welding” on one side and “for wheels” on the other. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

What are the dimensions? Is that 1/4" graph paper? What's the edge look like? Any other views?

I don’t have any pictures right now but I will get a ruler and a few more angles when I get back home.

Here are some more angles and the measurements. I will also add that the texture of the item feels like a nail file or abrasive stone.

Possibly complimentary gift if a stone to sharpen you carry knife or any knife?

"For welding" and "for wheels" has me stumped. I'd been assuming it was labeled to prevent cross-contamination of sharpening different things, but not only does it still not quite make sense, there is nothing that prevents it from being flipped over before putting in the labeled case, unless you have to remember which side has the recessed square.

I know that Victor is an Oxy-Acetylene torch and supplies maker. The only thing I considered was that since there are tip cleaners, is the stone to reface the torch face and to clean and flatten the face.
