Hello, new posting here and ran into a problem today. Was using my machine for flux core and wire stopped feeding. I opened the lid and the wire had tangled up prior to entering the feed tube on the gun. I cleared it all out but the drive roll is not spinning anymore. I can hear the solenoid clicking, but the roll will not spin. I took the gun apart and it all looks fine. Tried triggering the feed with a piece of welding wire instead of the gun, and it does the same thing. I took the cover off and could not find any burn marks or anything, everything was plugged in. With the cover off I can see the solenoid engage and disengage when I hit the trigger, but drive roll will not spin. Thanks in advance for your help!

Are you sure roller is locked onto motor/gearbox shaft correctly... You can also test motor by disconnecting it from circuit board and applying 12 volt dc and ground to the red and black leads of motor..."Fear The Government That Wants To Take Your Guns" - Thomas Jefferson..

Update, I watched a video on youtube of a similar repair. I tried jumping across one of the transistors while I squeezed the trigger and the drive roller spun correctly until I released the trigger. I could not recreate it though. Looks like they sell this on ebay, but it also looks like there are 3 of these on the circuit board. If I could recreate it, it might be an easy fix, but it concerns me that I can't.
