Lost my Dad during our first year of Covid isolation. Inherited his place, so I've been using his 20 yr old mower to try and keep the grass under control. Not easy this time of year in Oregon Nice sunny day today and of course the old rusting deck had a failure on me around one of the idle pulley mounting brackets. Just bought a 6 × 12 dump trailer to work on cleaning the property, so I am not wanting to buy a new mower right now. Anyway, the old Handler 125 EZ seemed like a good option for welding the cracked rust pitted deck back together. Love the simplicity of this machine for such tasks. Just pick a material thickness and your're ready to go. No messing around with voltage and wirespeed settings. It's a shame the unit was discountinued.
MigMaster 250- Smooth arc with a good touch of softness to it. Good weld puddle wetout. Light spatter producer.
Ironman 230 - Soft arc with a touch of agressiveness to it. Very good weld puddle wet out. Light spatter producer.
