  • 210 mvp ?

So I have my 210 MVP now. I have a ? On running .023/.024 from what I can tell a need to buy a new drive roller but do I have to change the liner on the whip? Didn't find out in the owners manual or just missed it .

You really don't need to change the liner for smaller wire. There could be a chance where the wire might double over and get messed up in the liner but thats pretty slim...Bob

.023 wire feeds fine though the factory supplied .030/.035 liner. I suspect you understand that along with the .023 drive roll, you'll also need to order some .023 contact tips.
MigMaster 250- Smooth arc with a good touch of softness to it. Good weld puddle wetout. Light spatter producer.
Ironman 230 - Soft arc with a touch of agressiveness to it. Very good weld puddle wet out. Light spatter producer.

Yes I did understand that new contact tips were needed along with the drive roll.

        Thanks for the replies folks.
