  • Will a Hobart 3545 Spoolgun work with a Miller 210 welder?

I have found a Hobart 3545 for sale used about two hours from me and I am wondering if it will plug in and work with my Miller 210. Some people have said the spoolgun may spin backwards. If so, is there a simple fix?
    Thanks for any help.

The power pins between the Hobart and Miller are different, this will not be a direct fit.

Brian, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Is it as easy as it sounds to just change the pins in the connector? This particular spoolgun is listed with a Miller210 welder so I wonder is someone had already done that. If it was not two hours away I would just go check it out in person.

These folks do a variety of custom cables to connect differing brands of equipment, and might be able to answer your question and provide a solution.
