  • handler 140 gas fitting size?

Hey guys first post here. I bought this handler 140 used and do not have a hose for the low pressure side of my regulator. Does anyone know the fitting size that screws into the solenoid in the back?

Just go to "Service and Support" at the top, then "Owner's Manuals". then the HH140 (if you don't have the SN handy, just ignore that box. the manual should have that fitting listed in the parts list, if not in the setup.

I believe it is a CGA-032 fitting on both welder end and regulator end of hose and rated for 200 PSI. It is a standard hose assembly used between shielding gas regulator outlet and MIG or TIG welder inlet fitting in USA. Exception some cheap welders have hose barbs instead of CGA fittings. Your local welding supply/gas dealer should have this hose in stock.

        I think Roger is correct.

B -SIZE: 5/8”-18 UNF RH Connection: CGA-032 For Inert Gases
