    If I were going to spend that type of cash on welding based equipment, I'd be purchasing a Multimaster 300 over an engine driven unit.
    MigMaster 250- Smooth arc with a good touch of softness to it. Good weld puddle wetout. Light spatter producer.
    Ironman 230 - Soft arc with a touch of agressiveness to it. Very good weld puddle wet out. Light spatter producer.

        Parallel them and they still only go 50 feet. But they can make bigger sparks. Been there, done that.
