Last time I was on Hwy 12, which I'm sure not far from where you live, I passed a Klein factory. It looked like it was closed? When I was working I always bought Klein tools. loved the screwdrivers they'd take so much abuse.

Have a couple of Klein screwdrivers - love them. And a pair of pliers or two.

I got a 10-in-1 screwdriver and carry it with me everywhere.

I was sooo happy with that thing; Until an appliance repairman showed me his 11-in-1.

        Darnit! Back to the store.

The factory's production got split up but they are still in production there, That's a union shop and they've had some disagreements with management as well.

But I came to this thread to find out who in AMERICA makes a good set of MIG pliers?

Anyone have advice on who makes them and where can I get one?
I recently found a nice pair of Forney Mig Pliers. The package lists the American cities that the pliers are made in and one Canadian city. No made in China stickers or embossing anywhere.

The Forney pliers are spring loaded and have a nice grip to them. They cut really well and I got the darned thing at ACE hardware for 10 bucks. So far I am really happy with them.

So there you go. Forney mig pliers for 10 bucks. Can't go wrong.
