The TSC flyer in today's paper says '15% Regular Price on welders"...being how they are already pretty competitive, it would be a good place to check if you are buying!
Go to http://www.tractorsupply.com I
Home page states 15% off today. Didn't see any restrictions about models. Gotta purchase in store. My take is it may be best to call your local store and check stock before buring petrol. Maybe even give them a card number to hold it until you get there.
Good luck
HH210 is not on sale. You can click on the ad to see their list of welders. The ones that are on sale have their prices crossed out, and the sale price written underneath.
I've just spoken to my local store and the corporate office about this slick advertising and expressed my opinion about it.
P.S. My local Delavan,WI store sells HH210 for $765, but doesn't keep them in stock and just orders them as needed.
That's not true. The flyer specifically says 15% off welders, the only restrictions are "limited to stock on hand, reserve right to limit quantities, no other discounts apply." My TSC stocks the HH210, and if I took that ad in there, I'd get 15% off the regular price.

Well, I've spoken to my local store manager and the corporate office about it today, and I wrote exactly what they told me.
Moreover, the corporate rep told me that HH210s are not sold online whereas the 15% sale is for online purchases only (which is BS, of course).
I don't know if your local store will be willing to give you 15% off. Maybe they will just because they have it in stock or because the manager is in a good mood today.
P.S. I hate this deceptive advertising practices. It's a borderline consumer fraud, IMO.
I just called two other WI stores. They said that the regular price was $799, but today they sell (raincheck) the units at $764. After I mentioned that this was less than 5% off, they consulted their store managers and agreed to raincheck an HH210 for me at 15 % off ($680).
So it's more like a good will and mood of a manager than a corporate event. Or, to be precise, a complete mess rather than a system. For example, one of the stores agreed to raincheck the welder at 15% off, but didn't want to accept my credit card over the phone stating that it was the corporate policy for the Black Friday only (what a load of baloney!). The fact that I needed to travel 50 miles just to show them my card (and then travel there again to pick up the welder) didn't bother their bonehead manager. Naturally, they haven't got any of my money. The other store took the card without any questions. So much for the corporate policy and the BS the company reps tell you.
Its also depressing to see how many of the sales clerks have no idea how to calculate 15% off...even with a calculator...just another example of the Dumming Down of America so everyone can move through the system at the same pace.
When I lived in Jackson, Wyoming I was in the K Mart during a power outage (which were fairly common in the mountains)...the item was like $8.86, and the girl checking me out had to get the asst. manager over to calculate the change...she was one of many they bussed over from Idaho to work there (locals wouldn't work for the wage offered)...Down right pitiful...
If you watch Jay Leno's "Man on the Street" clips, you get the idea...no wonder the world is passing us by!!
In the states I've lived in, if they advertise it at a certain price (or discount %) then they have to make good on it. Of course there are "typos" and so forth, but "15 % off" is pretty clear. IF they want a way out and want to rely on the "limited quantities", then they only have to sell one of each at 15% off. My Dad used to give store personnel **** when the tag was wrong, and he bought it for the price on the tag, even if it was a mistake. Don't take any crap from them!
The HH210 was on sale today at my TSC for $680. The box was marked $799 and a big 15% off sign attached. I asked the clerk to be sure. His reply was 799 minus 15% plus the tax out the door today only. Without a doubt the best deal I saw today.
