That guy in Waco has been advertising new-in-the-box HH210s for weeks for that price, all with the same story about how he "bought it off another Craigslister, and then didn't need it..." I was tempted but it sure sounds like more credit card fraud to me.

Let's not forget the unbelievable deals on name-brand welders that was posted here about a year ago. ...The outfit that was in a strip warehouse next to the Central American honeymoon agency, etc. (search and ye shall find). OUCH. In this case, one sucker on Craigslist would be a windfall for that guy.

P.S. I still have that set of precision drill holes here in the box. No takers ...

There are some listings here on the Fort Collins (Colorado) and Denver CL for NIB welders for less than retail. I think it is a scam, but not credit card. I think these things are finding their ways out of the stores or off the trucks...but thats just a personal theory. Who buys a welder and does not use, only to sell it for less than retail? Either that or they used their HD/Lowes credit card with no intention o fpaying the bill and are looking for cash (Is that the CC scam you guys mean? or is it they are wanting your CC info?)
