I have replaced 2 bds. and the third just went out replacer liner still went out I have not used it that much.

I'm having difficulty understanding your post..."I have replaced 2 bds. and the third just went out " [circuit boards?] and "replacer liner still went out" [you have replaced the liner? "still went out" [?]
Please clarify...if your machine has blown three PC boards, then there is a problem elsewhere.

I got it going clean dirt dirt dobber nest from wire feed switch.
