  • Miller XMT 304 cc\cv will not power up

I have a Miller XMT 304 CC\CV welder it stopped welding the fault code was HEL-P7 which the manual says the input power was out of range on the high side. I powered the unit down and checked the line voltage coming in it was at 240 volts .When I powered it back up it will not do anything no messages at all on the screen. The unit is set up to Auto Link.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Help codes

This code can also mean a voltage imbalance on the filter capacitors, usually caused by bad parts on one PC board. NOT a home repair. The voltages inside an inverter welder are LETHAL!!! (325 VDC on the caps)
