Anybody have a set of plans for a Miller Bobcat & Oxy/Ace bottles mobile skid?

Happen to have forks for your skidsteer? If so many carts have fork slots for just this. What kind of location will this be used in...make sure you first are safe but also within OSHA / MSHA standardsGeorge W. Bush saving your butt whether you like it or not!
