Not to steal Scotte's thunder, in fact his post inspired me to show off something of my own I picked up today. Less than an hour of run time, 13HP, two stage, 23 cfm, and made in the glorious United States of America, all too uncommon these days.
It's destined eventually to go next to the Bobcat on a small trailer, to run plasma as well as air tools. For the amount of use I'm likely to give it, this machine will last me the rest of my life, I'm sure. It is a heavy sonofagun, though. Obviously this won't replace the shop compressor, but for times when there's no substitute for VOLUME, it will be nice to have the air I need.
