hey everyone. i just recently purchased a hobart titan 8 combo and have it all apart to replace slip rings. the electric shop i brought the armature to says theres more wrong than the slip ring and best bet is to find a replacement because it wont be cost effective to repair it. the part number for the armature is 493427-1. i contacted hobart and its too old of a number for them to help. im wondering if anyone has some input on where to get one.
