  • Identifying manufacture year of old welder/generator

I'm wondering if anyone can identify the year of a Hobart G-412, serial number 16DW-35791. Any help would be appreciated.

Double check your serial number. The one you gave comes up as an MC-500 CV electric motor generator.

We do not have anything on that SPEC number and the serial number does not match what is in our microfische. We do have a 4837A 412 unit that was built in the mid-70's.
