Where can i buy a capacitor for a early 120 Handler? Miller said they don't carrier that part and Vintage Parts said they needed the
OEM part # to look it up but i don't have that # . Where can i get the OEM parts list for this welder Serial # 90WS20191. How can i check this capacitor my multimeter won't check this high of a reading? I took it to a electrical shop and they said it was bad but i think they was just guessing. I guess the worst thing i can do is put it back in and see what happens, may be destroy the new diods
