Unfortunately the leads and the copper in it are probably worth more than the welder. Maybe $100. Location is everything.--- RJL ----------------------------------------------

We really have no use for it. We have a MIG welder and every bit of welding that we normally do is automotive, primarily sheet metal. A machine such as this is little more than a paper weight to us. In fact I feel that with the MIG technology that arc welding is an archaic outdated process.Old Airco 180 amp A.C.

And fluxcore works, but do you really want to hook up the feeder for a small project. To me, it's easier to just pull the leads and use a stick. Stick welding will not be archaic or outdated, not in my lifetime."Stick-man"

While it is true that stick may not be out dated its often of no real need for most common garages with a mig. The fact that they are in auto related work even makes it more so. Unless there is some special need those machines collect dust. Even I would rarely use it and I got more bigger broke shate than most people. If I had any kind of real need would likely want a DC one anyway. I use a little stick mostly when its convenient or out the door but could easily get by with a feeder if its what I had.
