Help needed with Syncrowave 350 Tig, settings wrong

Hello, new to forum and new to tig, never done before, have stick and mig experience. Just picked up a barely used Syncrowave 350 that is super clean. I have full size power breaker and wiring. Unit fires up all seems well. I get a arc started using high frequency and stays constant but generates no heat at all even with dial pegged at 384 amps or anywhere in between???Wondering if I have all switches in right settings, or maybe a foot pedal issue? can anyone help walk through some trouble shooting?

First queston. Which syncrowave do you have? There are 3 different models made in the last few years. The 350, 350LX, and the 350 LX Cooler. A serial number will also tell what machine you have.
