Miller has just came out with a new MM211 that runs on 120v and 230v!!!
Miller Dynasty 700...oh yea baby!
MM 350P PULSE SPRAYIN' MONSTER
Miller Bobcat 225 NT
Miller Dynasty 200 DX
Miller WC-115-A
Miller 30-A spoolgun
Airco 300 Heliwelder (465 amp and made by Miller)
Miller Spectrum 300
Lincoln SP-135-Plus (down the road now)
I got on Miller's forum and even though there is a lot of talk, no one has substantiated where the information came from. Could be a rumor. I posted a request for Miller to respond to the chatter.
I went to my welding supply company and they have no knowledge of a new Miller hitting the market. Sure would be great if (?)someone(?) had a flyer and could scan and post it here or on Miller's forum for us all to see. That surely would put it to rest.
Its probably true since I just bought my HH210 last month. Not that I don't love it, but having the choice of two input voltages would be great.
Victor Superrange II OA
Harris Port-A-Torch
Lincoln AC/DC 225/125 Tombstone
Miller Thunderbolt AC/DC 225/150
Miller 211 Autoset
Hypertherm Powermax 30 (newest toy)
I was going to buy a 187 or 210 after christmas but know I will have to watch was Miller does with the 211. The big thing is for me is going to be cost. I have a feeling it will be over a grand. Dont know if the difference would be worth it.

I cannot help feel the 120v feature will make it worth its weight in gold besides the extra power.

I doubt that 120 V lines providing about 50 Amp will be more common than 220V outlets. And at 210 Amp output, a transformer-based machine would require something like this.
So I have no doubts that it's not going to be a 210 Amp machine with 120 V input. Maybe something like 140 Amp. Will it be helpful in some situations? You bet! Is it worth its weight in gold? Maybe for somebody who really needs it. Depending on how much this feature will cost.

Sorry for not making that clearer...on 120v it is a 140 amp machine.
I own a dynasty 200 and the 120v has proven itself invaluable many many times now. It's one of the things that makes the Passport Plus so great and now they have a new machine with both input power options only now even more power. Plus auto-set if you care about that.
So you can look at it like it's a MM140 that you can plug into 230v and becomes a MM211 ...either way you're gonna come out a winner!
Full boat retail is only $1197...full boat on a HH210 is $1089 so it's comparable anyways.
