    This is a water jacketed chiller for a semi-conductor project at a nearby lab....









    Some people require more attention than others.....Like a LOST DOG and strangers holding out biscuits....

    I wish we'd get more stuff like that. I love TIG'in on new stainless. What kind of grind/taper do you like on your tungsten? How many amps, size of filler/tung. etc etc.. I like to hear what all the good TIG welders like to use to try and better myself...Cheers!

      With stainless my rule of thumb is use the smallest tungsten and filler rod for the most cosmetic welds.....Within reason of course..I like 1/16 tungsten and .030 filler on small parts (like the one illustrated) I grind my tungsten's with a long slow taper
      and not pointed on the end just kinda blunt....Sharp but not needle sharp....
      I like gas lens with medium cups....
