    Got an order for 200 of these today...........



    Some people require more attention than others.....Like a LOST DOG and strangers holding out biscuits....

      Those look like a sample chamber for a chromatograph. You know, where you vaporize the material and then sample the vapor and, uh ...

        They look like pipes (smoking type) to me...which would lend them to sampling the vapors as well...

            They call them "R" Towers there is a 1/2 bolt that goes through the body (you can't see the through hole in the pic) and something
            fastens to the machined pin....I was told by my machine shop customer there will be more since the customer liked the cosmetic tig weld....He was having them mig welded and the guy didn't do a good job...I'm charging him 2.50
            ea. to weld so it might be an OK part....

              Hey you got that right, since my shop is along side my home I'm cutting as much overhead as I can and still slower than this time last year by a TON..

                You weld them in the vise? Or is that just for clean up afterwards?

                I know if I did that many of those small parts my wrist would be red raw from constantly touching hot surfaces everywhere.
