  • Big Block Cobra Headers

    Last year I got hooked up with this rich guy that wanted me to build 14 sets of Big Block Cobra headers.....He would supply everything I needed including fixtures for each primary pipe (from cylinder head to collector)

    Well this is what I ended up with:









    Some people require more attention than others.....Like a LOST DOG and strangers holding out biscuits....

    Dynasty 350
    Hobart Beta Mig 200
    Twenty seven Hammers
    Three Crow Bars
    One English Springer Dog

      Esab Multimaster 260 Sweet machine!

        I like the minimalist approach to tools...just a small set of screwdrivers...

                      Hey B_C,
                      Superb craftsmanship.....customer should be quite pleased. That was really great he furnished the jigs too.....those are very well designed. One of my duties at work is also to design/fabricate production jigs/fixtures....I'm up to 62 so far. They make work so much easier & accurate. You did good.....
