Spoolrunner 100 inconsistant wire feed.

Im not getting consistant wire feed from the motor.Ive yet to burn a whole spool. I pull the trigger and sometimes I get the correct full speed feed. Sometimes the motor lags gradually picking up to the correct speed. Its very frustrating. Its almost as if the motor is underpowered. This is with the tension roller disengaged and drive roller free so nothing to do with wire or tension. Has anyone experienced this?

I would remove the wire completely and try it. Then I would find a way to monitor motor voltage, either at the motor or at the other end of the cable in the machine. If the easy way is in the machine, and it's good, then find a way to do it at the motor.
